Can visitors use the facility?
A.
Yes, you can. After registering as a member, purchase a visitor’s pass. You can enter and exit the facility as many times as you like on the same day. 1-day and 10-day passes are available.

Do I need to change clothes or shoes?
A.
No, you don’t need to change clothes or shoes.
Changing rooms, lockers with locks, and coat hangers are available, so please feel free to use them if you need them.

Are there lockers?
A.
Yes, we have lockers with locks available. You can leave your belongings in them and go jogging.
Q.
I’d like to learn how to use the machines. Is that possible?

We don’t have staff or trainers on-site, but the operating company’s office is in the same building and staff make regular visits (they’re often in the store), so please feel free to ask. You can also contact us via LINE or by phone (03-6285-1201) and we’ll do our best to help you!
If you’d like, we can introduce you to contracted trainers (personal trainers, running instructors, judo therapists), so please contact us.

Do you have a water server or vending machines?

We do have a water server. We do not have vending machines.

Are there rental lockers where I can store shoes and other items?
A.
Yes, we have lockers available for 1,100 yen (tax included) per month where you can store your shoes, gloves, lotion, etc. If you would like to use one, please contact us via LINE with the number of the locker you would like. As numbers are limited, we recommend signing up early if you are interested.

Do you have rental shoes or clothing?

We do not have rental shoes or clothing. Please bring your own if you need them.

Are there showers?
A.
Yes, separate showers are available for men and women. Hair dryers are available in the changing rooms and women’s shower rooms.
Body soap and shampoo are available in the showers.
Towels are not provided, so please bring your own.
There are no bathtubs.

Is there WiFi?

Yes, there is free WiFi, so please feel free to use it.

If I join mid-month, what will the first month’s membership fee be?

The first month’s membership fee is calculated on a pro rata basis.
Q.
Is there a minimum contract period?
A.
No. The initial contract period is until the end of the following month. (If you sign up on April 5th, your initial contract period will be until the end of May. The first month’s fee will be calculated pro rata.) To cancel your membership, please complete the cancellation procedure by the 10th of the month you wish to cancel. (If you wish to cancel by the end of May, you must complete the procedure by May 10th.)

Is it possible to cancel my membership mid-month?

You cannot cancel your membership mid-month.

Is there a registration fee?
A.
The registration fee is 5,000 yen (tax included), but due to the current promotional period, there is no joining fee.
Q.
Can I visit or try out the gym?
A.
Yes, you can visit or try out the gym 24 hours a day. As it is a self-service gym, you will need to register as a member to enter. Please see here and register. A credit card is not required for membership registration.
Also, even without a reservation, you can see about 70% of the gym from the entrance, so you should be able to get a feel for the atmosphere.
As it is a self-service gym, there are no staff on-site. If you would like a tour, please contact us via LINE or by phone (03-6285-1201). We will do our best to accommodate you (there are often staff on-site on weekdays)!
Q.
Why is the first month’s bill high?
A.
If you sign up for bank transfer, due to your bank’s closing date, the first withdrawal will be two months’ worth in the following month, which may result in a high bill. For more details, please see here (separate website).
Q.
Can I suspend my membership?
A.
No, you cannot suspend your membership. There is no charge for canceling or re-signing up for your plan, so please cancel your membership once and then re-enroll.

Is there a pool?
A.
No. LePlus24 is a machine gym, so there is no pool.
Q.
Are tattoos prohibited?
A.
They are not prohibited. We would appreciate your consideration, such as wearing a supporter if necessary.
Q.
What is the gender ratio and age range of members?
A.
As of January 2026, approximately 56% are male and 44% are female, with an age range of 16 to 65. Generally, the gender ratio at 24-hour gyms is said to be 70-80%, so Le Plus 24 has a higher proportion of female customers.
